Support and account deletion

Contact sealofcomand@gmail.com for help, privacy questions or hosted account deletion. You can also send private feedback from the signed-in extension. Supabase keeps submitted feedback for up to 90 days; disclosed private GitHub copies are deleted separately.

Getting started

1. Install Mark Atlas and click its Chrome toolbar icon.
2. Continue with Google to open your library and select Free Beta.
3. Allow optional website access when you want to save searchable page details. Open Preferences to control automatic processing and related search.

When AI is unavailable

Local bookmark search and saved data continue after AI allowance is exhausted. Check your account status and choose local-only search in Preferences. Help & FAQ is available from the sign-in screen.

Keep a backup

Export a JSON backup in Advanced settings before changing profiles or uninstalling. Backups contain bookmark details, notes and labels, and exclude API keys and sign-in sessions. Cleanup permanently deletes selected Chrome bookmarks after confirmation.

Deleting your hosted account

Send an account-deletion request to sealofcomand@gmail.com from the address associated with your Mark Atlas account. Account ownership must be verified. We revoke sessions, reconcile pending AI jobs, delete hosted account records, and arrange deletion of linked private feedback copies. Signing out or uninstalling alone does not delete hosted records.
